Terms of Service
Effective July 12, 2026
Sprite Broker (the website at spritebroker.com and the Sprite Broker Discord bot — together, "the service") is operated by Altus Labs, LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms.
What the service is
Sprite Broker is a fan-made companion app for tracking a collection of Fortnite sprites and running community trades through Discord. You need a Discord account to log in, and your use of Discord remains governed by Discord's own terms.
Not affiliated with Epic Games
Sprite Broker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite and all related marks are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. Sprite artwork and names referenced by the service belong to their respective owners.
Who can use it
You must meet Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where your local law requires it). If you use the service inside a Discord server, that server's own rules also apply to you.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no harassment or scamming of other traders, no attempts to exploit, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service, no automated scraping, and no use that breaks the law or Discord's terms. Server moderators can ban you from trading in their server, and we can restrict or terminate access to the service — including through a platform-level ban list — to protect other users.
Sprites and trades
Sprites in the service are virtual collection entries. They have no monetary value, are not property, and can't be redeemed for anything. Trades are arrangements between community members — the service records them for accountability but is not a party to them and does not guarantee that any trade will be honored. Don't buy or sell trades, sprites, or accounts for real money through the service.
Your content
Content you submit (like ticket messages or a gamer tag) stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll update this page and its effective date, and your continued use means you accept the changes.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altus Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service (currently nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
